The Community Association of Oak Bay (CAOB) is actively engaged in creating a diverse, welcoming and sustainable Oak Bay that advances the aspirations of its residents, and is served by a strong, healthy democratic system that is effective, accountable and responsive to the needs of community members.
CAOB undertakes a range of initiatives as well as advocating for community interests, monitoring Council proceedings, and promoting meaningful and timely community involvement on the issues that matter to Oak Bay residents.
